Arkansas 4-H Camps

COVID-19 Notes:

The AR 4-H Camps office has returned to the office on a limited basis.  When not in the office we will be working remotely.  The best way to contact me will still be via email, Messenger, cell phone/text.

UPDATE:  We have been monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and will continue to do so.  As of right now we will not be holding any face to face camps until further notice.  We plan to continue our weekly virtual camp sessions for the time being (see below).  While virtual camps are not ideal because they don't provide the in person connections that make camp important we want to continue to serve our camp families to the best of our abilities during this time.  We are making our decisions in order to keep our camp families and staff healthy and safe.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I will be conducting weekly VIRTUAL CAMPS on Wednesday afternoons.  I will post a supplies list the Friday before the session.  I will host these sessions via Zoom.  Anyone is welcome to join.  I have links listed beside some supplies.  These links are for reference to the material.  Most supplies can be purchased for several different sources.  Please keep price and your health in mind when ordering.  Several places are offering free shipping or curbside pick up.  I encourage you to shop around.  You do not need to have all the supplies in order to join the virtual session.  We will continue our weekly sessions at least until August 19.  After that we will continue to host virtual sessions on a less frequent basis.

We are also hosting 4-H Campfire Fridays every Friday.  Take a break and enjoy the great outdoors while you are quarantined at home.  Post pics on our social media pages or use the #AR4HCampfireFriday.

We had been hosting a Virtual Campfire monthly throughout the Spring & Summer.  We hosted our final Virtual Campfire of the summer on July 24.  We will continue to host Virtual Campfires but on a less frequent basis.  Check back for dates and times.

To receive updates follow us on Facebook and Instagram (AR 4-H Camps) and Twitter (Arkansas 4-H Camps).
